Couldn't have hoped for a better experience
Telecoms is something that frightens the life out me, press1 for this 2 for that, you end up hanging on the line, taking time out of your business day often talking to someone who doesn't have a clues of how to help you.
Being an accountant I often come across clients who have bought expensive telephone exchange equipment running into thousands of pounds worth of commitments, often missold in my opinion.
I first came across TTNC when I need to update our telephone exchange and was looking for a solution. To be frank I didn't know what internet telephone exchanges were or even that such a thing existed.
Well it was back in 2008.
We became a client of TTNC in April 2008, over 3 years ago.
I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. We have upgraded/downgraded changed our services, added answerphones etc, this has always been done promptly and efficiently and if ever I have needed to talk to someone they have always been helpful and accessible.
I would recommend this company, as well as having a great product, they offer good personable service.

Could not be simpler
I have been using an 0800 number through TTNC for my business for almost two years now and I have to say it has increased my sales quite dramatically!
Things could not be simpler: Open an account and choose an available 0800 free phone number, load your account with £30 - £35 credit and away you go! TTNC will send an alert when your account is running low and all you have to do is top up on-line
This facility has also proved to be very user friendly and completely hassle free. Statistics figures are an absolute doddle to access and I receive regular updates should my account balance start to run low.

Impressive!
With the nature of our business demanding that we spend most of our time 'on the move' and with operations in the UK and in India, communications were a mayor problem. We tried working with agents in the UK, we tried family and friends but nothing could give us the professional service our business required. Then we found TTNC. Now we have one telephone number which our UK customers can use to reach us wherever we are. The quality of the call is excellent and callers to our Bristol (UK) office are often surprised to learn that we are in fact sitting on a beach half way round the world! For anyone considering purchasing any of the products or services by TTNC but is not quite sure - trust us, they are very good!
Our business started in October 2008 and what we have learnt so far, is that you need people and services that you can trust. Delegating businesses tasks and making effective use of time will inevitably result in a well oiled machine.
I don't worry - as I know TTNC have got my call routings looked after. Even before I bought our telephone numbers from TTNC, I gave them plenty of questions and they went past the line of duty with all responses. It was at this point that I knew I could trust them. The best value we found
We started our events management business in July 2009 and moved into a small office in Richmond. Not knowing how long we would spend there we were reluctant to produce too many business cards in case our telephone numbers were to change, and then we discovered TTNC. When we moved Virtua's offices, our old telecoms provider, TalkTalk, didn't offer number portability, or even a changed number recorded message. Plain and simple and easy to use

Memorable Local Numbers
We have provided telephone numbers from TTNC to groups of Taxi Drivers all over the UK, enabling them to provide a memorable local number to their customers which is handled by our TaxiCall system, saving them huge amounts of money. I found The Telephone Number Company while searching for a supplier for a local telephone number - and I am so glad I found them.
