TTNC Limited is one of the UK's leading Communications Network Operators that provides Businesses and Individuals with Telephone Numbering Services, Inbound Call Management Services, Low Cost Outbound Call Solutions and Voice over IP Services.

Originally starting out as an Internet Service Provider in the UK and Australia in the early 1990's, the founders saw an opportunity to become an alternative supplier to BT during the UK Telecom's De-Regulation period.

Already handling Millions of Minutes per month in Internet Dial Up traffic, it seemed a natural progression to enter the Telecom's Market.

We now provide a variety of Communications Services to thousands of UK and International Customers, either directly, or through Reseller Channels.

Licenses

We operate under a Public Electronic Communications Network (PECN) Licence which was issued to us by Ofcom, we are also classified as an Approved Premium Rate Network Operator by PhonepayPlus.

Numbers

We have Non Geographic Numbers, Freephone Numbers, UK Town Numbers and Premium Rate Numbers, Ofcom has allocated us with over 7 Million Numbers which makes us one of the Largest Suppliers of Telephone Numbers in the UK.

PhonepayPlus is the Independent Committee for the Supervision of Standards of the Telephone Information Services, is the industry-funded regulatory body for all Premium Rate charged Telecommunications Services.

About Otelo

Otelo is the Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman and provides an ombudsman Service for public communication providers (PCP) and their customers. Their job is to provide a free and independent service that has been approved by the regulator (Ofcom).
