I see it every week in the Essex Chronicle when I’m looking at cars for sale. I ask myself, why would you use an 0800 number in a local paper like the Chronicle? There’s no real right or wrong answer to this, I guess it comes down to personal preference. Or does it?

At the beginning of March we launched myTTNC version 1.1, bringing with it a whole selection of new features including Address Book, updates to Time Based Forwarding as well as some big design changes.

The straight answer is yes, they can, but this question did come up when I was speaking to a customer a couple of days ago. These advanced features are often associated with large corporations but are now much more widely accessible. So maybe the actual question is “when is it appropriate to use them?”
