To make sure you're completely up-to-date and informed about your number and account, we've set up a number of alert services for you.
When your credit starts to run low, reaching £15.00, £10.00 and £5.00, we'll send you emails to let you know. You can also have SMS alerts sent to you as well as, or instead of these emails. Each SMS costs 12p but if you reach £1 of credit or you run out completely we'll send you a message for FREE to let you know.
The Missed Call Alert service will send you an email or a SMS message within 15 seconds of you missing a call to your number with us.
If you're using our Voicemail service then you'll get your caller's voicemail sent to your chosen email address. You can also get a SMS message every time you receive a voicemail.
All of our alert services can be configured using myTTNC our advanced online control panel. You can customise your threshold levels for your call charge balance and SMS message balance alerts; activate SMS message alerts for your voicemail, add Missed Call Alert and edit your recipients list for any of these alert services.
If you're using the SMS alerts you can create a separate balance for these, rather than have 12p a text deducted from your call charge balance. We'll send you email alerts when your SMS message balance is getting low. By default, this will be when you reach 15 credits, 10 credits and 5 credits. You can also receive your SMS message balance alerts as SMS messages. You create your balance for your SMS alerts by buying a block of SMS messages (see below). The more messages you buy, the less a single message costs.

If you want to add Missed Call Alert or Voicemail Pro to your number; any of the Bolt Ons can be ordered directly from our website when you go to the checkout with your numbers. If you already have a number with us, you can add any of our services to it at any time by logging into your account in myTTNC.
