Using our Pay Monthly tariffs you’ll be adding a fixed amount of call credit to your account on the 1st of each month. We’ll then deduct your call charges from this based on how many seconds you’re on the call. But these are the key benefits; Pay Monthly tariffs allow you to:

At the start of each month, your account will be topped up with your monthly allowance of call credit. Any credit you had left from the previous month is cleared first; it doesn't rollover.
By default we'll try and take payment for the call credit from the card you used when placing your first order. You can also add more cards to your account so that if that one doesn't work, we can try another and you can avoid any disruption to your service.
If during the month your monthly call credit starts to run low, we'll send you emails to let you know. You can also have SMS alerts sent to you as well as, or instead of these emails. Each SMS costs 12p but if you reach £1 of credit or you run out completely we'll send you a message for FREE to let you know.
You can at any point login to your account on the Novero Platform and top up with additional credit. This will stop your number from being suspended if you run out of your monthly credit and you’ll continue to receive calls. You’ll still be charged at the same call forwarding rate; there are no penalties for going into your additional credit.
When the start of the month comes around, you'll go back to using your monthly call credit. Whatever's left of your additional credit will sit there just in case you need it again.
