Your greeting can be a great introduction to your company. To start with, the caller will immediately know who they've called. You can introduce them to your brand, your mission statement or company 'tag line' or give them an idea of who might be on the other end of the line when it's answered.
Make the most of an opportunity with your callers. They're calling you, it could be about anything, but you've got a chance to make them aware of your new product, your special offers or a new service. It's a direct approach to people who will probably be most interested.
This greeting can be as flexible as you need it to be. Whenever it needs to be changed you can change it. You can create your own recordings and upload them to myTTNC, or you can use our Dial-In recording platform. With this, you simply call a number, enter your pin code and record your greeting message.
Alternatively, you can use our Professional Voice Recording artists. You come up with the script, choose the artist and we'll get the recording done for you. Any of the Bolt Ons can be added to a number individually from the website when you go to the checkout. If you already have a number with us, you can add any of our services to it at any time by logging into your account in myTTNC.
