Percentage Based Forwarding gives you great flexibility to respond to the needs of your business: distributing your calls according to a percentage ratio.
In reality, this can have a number of uses and is particularly effective as a disaster recovery tool.
How does it work? |

In the event of an issue at your head office that means your workers can't get there as usual and are instead, spread around your regional offices - set the percentage ratio to reflect the quantity of staff you have at each office.
If you've got independent offices with an uneven number of operators receiving calls, you can distribute the calls to your central number according to the number of operators. In Glasgow you have 120 operators and in Bristol you have 80 - set the percentage ratio to 60% for Glasgow and 40% for Bristol.
Maybe you are introducing new team members to your phone service. You could forward a lower percentage of calls to their numbers to give them more opportunity to wrap up their calls before receiving the next - set the percentage ratio to 75% for your experienced team members and 25% for your new team members (every fourth call will go to them).
Any of the Bolt Ons can be added to a number individually from the website when you go to the checkout. If you already have a number with us, you can add any of our services to it at any time by logging into your account in the Novero Platform™.
We've also put some of the Call Management services together into Packages. You can apply the services from your Package to any number in your account. So, if you're looking for more and want to see what else you could get, have a look at what we've put together for you.
