Adding the Everything Package to your account gives you, well, everything. All of our Call Management services are included in this Package.
The services exclusive to this Package will allow you to manage caller's expectations as they wait for you to answer and record your calls for development or monitoring purposes.

You'll be able to create a completely customised call answering service, from first answer through to where the calls are being forwarded based on time of day or the number of offices or staff available. You're also able to set up how your customers are being kept on hold and manage those calls you've missed and those you need to follow up.
The Call Queuing service is a key addition to this Package. Although no one really wants to be kept waiting, Call Queuing enables you to manage your caller's expectations as they wait. At the same time you can use it as a marketing opportunity, promoting your latest product or service while getting to their call.
Included in this Package is also the Inbound Call Recording facility. This provides you with the ability to record your calls. You can then use them as part of your monitoring and development tools for those answering your calls, or as protection for them when faced with difficult callers.
