This page is for GCS customers who wish to reactivate their number and continue to use it, diverting to either a landline or mobile, as a customer of TTNC.
TTNC are an OFCOM registered Public Electronic Communications Network (PECN) Operator. We are a member of OTELO, the Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman and we are a PhonepayPlus Registered Premium Rate Service Provider.
TTNC are a supplier of numbers and call services which GCS bought and then resold under their own contracts and terms. Under instruction from GCS's administrators we have deactivated all numbers and services in GCS's account. To reactivate your number you will need to become a direct customer of TTNC and agree to pay for your calls.
Some GCS customers may have been sold a 'Free Calls for Life' deal/'1,000 Free minutes a month'. Unfortunately, this deal was unsustainable and one of the main causes of GCS's administration. TTNC operate a pay-as-you-go system for calls and you will need to pay the call divert charges to continue using your number. You will need to purchase call credit from which your call routing charges are deducted. The call charges are billed by the second with no minimum call charge, and no connection fee. Please find a break down of the Call Charges below. Although we quote per minute you are charged by the second. A 30 second call will cost you half of the rate quoted below.
