To use the Dial In Management

  • Dial 0333 210 1000 - if you get free minutes from your landline or mobile provider, the call will be included - otherwise it's just a local rate call.
  • Enter the inbound number you want to manage
  • Enter your Dial In pin code - you'll find this on your Account Overview in myTTNC when you join us.

After that it's simply a case of choosing from the options you're given.

What can you do with Dial In Management?

Check and change where your number is forwarding to

If you're doing simple call forwarding on your number, in other words forwarding to one destination, be it a UK landline or mobile (with or without voicemail), you can manage this through the Dial In system. Check the number is forwarding correctly or change it if necessary.

Check how much credit there is on your account

Keeping in touch with your credit balance is vital to keeping in touch with your customers. Combine this feature with Automatic Top Up and you can concentrate on providing the best service to your customers.

Listen to and manage your voicemail messages

Listen to them, save the ones that you need to follow up on, delete the ones you've dealt with - if you miss a call, you've now got an even quicker way of getting back to them so no missed opportunities.

Change your Voicemail greeting

If you've got Voicemail Pro on your number you can have a custom greeting message. With Dial In Management, you can change this on the move. As circumstances change you can still stay in touch with your callers but you can manage their expectations more clearly.
