Call Charge Information

Pay As You Go (PAYG)

TTNC operates a Pay As You Go system for Call Charges; you purchase Call Credit in advance and then Call Charges are deducted from your account in real-time.

Call Charges are incurred in the following situations;

  • 01 or 02 Geographic Numbers routing to landline or mobile numbers
  • 0800 or 0808 Freephone Numbers routing to landline or mobile numbers
  • 03 UK Wide Numbers routing to landline or mobile numbers
  • 08 Non Geographic Numbers routing to International and mobile Numbers
  • 0800 or 0808 Freephone Numbers routing to SIP, IAX or H.323 (VoIP)

Email Alerts - 3 Different Thresholds

TTNC sends out Email Alerts when a customer's Call Charge Balance reaches certain amounts which we call 'Thresholds'.

By default, Email Alerts are sent when the Call Charge Balance in an account reaches £15.00, then again at £10.00 and then again at £5.00.

After the third Email Alert has been sent out, 3 Emails per day will be sent if there is any further reduction to the Call Charge Balance.

If you would like to increase the amount of the Thresholds or need the Email Alerts to be sent to more than one email address, please email support@ttnc.co.uk

Please Note

If the Call Charge Balance in any Account reaches £0 (Zero) then the Call Routing will immediately cease to work on any number that is incurring Call Charges.

Call Charge Balance and Itemised Call Charges

The Call Charge Balance is displayed within the Novero Platform™. Call Charges are deducted from the Call Charge Balance in real-time and updated every 15 seconds, 24 hours a day.

Itemised Call Charges for each Number can be viewed in the Novero Platform™, you can also filter the Call Charges by Day, Month or Year.

CDR's (Call Data Records) can also be downloaded as CSV files from the Novero Platform™.

Top Up Online or by Telephone

Top Up Online

You can also Top Up your account online and pay by Credit/Debit Card. Click on the 'Top Up' link where the Call Charge Balance is displayed in the Novero Platform, select the amount of Call Credit you want add to your account and enter your payment details.

We will process your Credit/Debit card details online in real-time and the Call Credit will be added to your account.

Top Up by Telephone

If for some reason you cannot access the Internet or you do not have Direct Debit set up, then you can call us on 0800 468 1000 or 020 3151 1000 and we will be happy to Top Up your account and take payment over the telephone.
