Use your inclusive minutes to call 0800, 0808 and 0500 Freephone numbers

It's unbelievable that UK Mobile Phone Operators charge their customers to call UK Freephone numbers, but they do.

Surely it's simple - it doesn't cost the Mobile Operators anything for us to call a Freephone number, so why is it that some Operators are charging us as much as 40 pence per minute?

We're tired of this situation so we have come up with a solution

We have created a service whereby you dial a UK landline number and we will connect your call to the Freephone number. This call will be free to most people as you are just dialling a normal UK landline number and it will be included in your mobile package.

It doesn't matter which mobile phone operator you are with or what type of phone you've got, the service is completely free to use and no registration is needed.

How does it work?

  • Just dial the number 01600 700 800
  • Enter the freephone number you want to call.
  • Press the # key. Your call will then connect as normal.

  • We're able to offer this service for free as we receive a small amount of revenue for the calls made to our landline number.

  • Can I still use the service even if I don't have an inclusive minutes package?

  • Yes. Calls to our landline number will be charged at your normal landline rate, which should be cheaper than dialling a freephone number.

  • Can I use the service with my Pay As You Go phone?

  • Yes. You will be charged your normal landline rate which is cheaper than dialling a freephone number.

  • I can't dial your landline number, is there a problem with the service?

  • From time to time the Mobile Operators might try to stop you calling our landline number so they can continue to charge you. If you do find that you can't dial our landline number, let us know straight away so we can publish a new number to use.

  • Can I use the service to call other types of numbers?

  • Sorry but no, this is just for calls being made to Freephone numbers.

  • What if I have questions, comments, or other feedback?
