This service can be used from any landline or mobile handset, with no need to install recording machines, manage complex software or create space to store tapes or discs. Our systems will do it all for you.

You can focus on monitoring your businesses important outbound calls, to protect your staff, to identify opportunities for development and ensure your customers are receiving the service you'd expect.

How does it work?

Outbound Call Recording
  • Dial your dedicated Geographic number and then enter your unique PIN code.
  • Dial the landline or mobile number you want to call. Calls to a UK Landline cost 4p per minute and calls to a UK Mobile are 14p per minute
  • It's just like you've dialled your customer directly; with the exception that within seconds of finishing the call you can listen to and download the recording (.wav format) from the Novero Platform™ (within 31 days of the call).

Paying for outbound calls

The cost of calls is managed much like our inbound call charges. We'll deduct the call charges from the credit on your account as you make your outbound calls. We'll only deduct the cost for however many seconds you're on a call.

  • To call a UK landline will cost 4p per minute
  • To call a UK mobile will cost 14p per minute

These rates are based on Pay As You Go rates and include a 2p per minute call recording surcharge. Costs will vary for other call destinations. With Pay Monthly tariffs the cost will be reduced.
