A UK number, an international destination

You don't have to be in the UK to receive inbound calls on our numbers; we can forward calls to a landline or mobile phone anywhere in the world. The facility to do this comes as standard with the Essential Package.

Having the UK Ringtone Bolt On on your number, your customer doesn't have to find out that their call is being answered outside the UK (unless you choose to tell them). They'll hear the same ringtone as if they were calling a number in their town.

How does it work?

You want to provide a contact number for your UK customers, but you're not necessarily going to be in the UK to answer.
Not wanting to confuse things with a foreign ringtone, you've activated the UK Ringtone on your number through the Novero Platform.
Now your callers will always hear a UK Ringtone regardless of whether you're in the UK or not.

Having the UK ringtone is also useful for our UK based customers if you're heading overseas and taking your UK mobile with you. The great thing here is that your forwarding charges don't change even though you're overseas, but unfortunately your ringtone does because you're using a foreign network. Add this Bolt On and your customers will still think you're in the UK while you're actually sunning yourself on a distant beach.

To find out the cost of forwarding your calls to an international destination and the call charges to your caller, you can use our Check Rate Tool. If you can't see a specific mobile rate for a country then the charge will be the same as the landline rate for that country.
