Stay up-to-date and informed

Ensure you are completely up-to-date and informed about your number and account by using one of our Alert Services

The TTNC Alert Service will send you an Email or a SMS Message† for the following reasons;

  • Missed Call
    The Missed Call Alert Service will send you an Email or a SMS Message within 15 seconds of your inbound number missing a call. As with all of our Alert services, we can send the Alerts to multiple recipients.

  • Voicemail received
    If you are using our Voicemail Service then you will receive your caller's Voicemails to your chosen email addresses. You can also receive an SMS Message every time you receive a Voicemail.

  • Low Call Charge balance
    By default, Email Alerts are sent to you when your Call Charge Balance reaches the following thresholds; £15.00, £10.00 and £5.00, you can also receive your Low Call Charge Balance Alerts via SMS Messages if required. You can set your Custom Threshold levels through the Novero Platform.

  • Low SMS Message balance
    By default, Email Alerts are sent to you when your SMS Message Balance reaches the following thresholds; 15 Credits, 10 Credits and 5 Credits, you can also receive your SMS Message Balance Alerts via SMS Messages. You can set your Custom Threshold levels through the Novero Platform.

Price for SMS Messages

You can purchase a block of SMS Messages (see below) or have the cost for each SMS Message deducted from your Call Charge Balance at the rate of 15 pence per SMS message.

Configure via the Novero Platform

All of our Alert Services can be configured by using the Novero Platform, our advanced online control panel. You can also set up or edit custom Threshold levels for Call Charge Balance and SMS Message balance.

Ordering

You must be a TTNC customer to use the Alert services. To start a new account please purchase a number from our repository.

If you would like to add Alerts to any of the Services mentioned above, please first purchase the relevant services through the Novero Platform and follow the instructions in the Alert Management section of your account.
