Call Barring - Block unwanted calls

If you are using one of our numbers and want to put an end to unwanted to callers such as telemarketers and phone canvassers, you can now use our Call Blocking service which is available in the Novero Platform.

Our Call Blocking service prevents calls from preselected numbers from ringing your number, you decide which calls to block so you can avoid unwanted calls.

Specify unique numbers or type of numbers to block

By using the Novero Platform, you can choose to block calls from certain types of numbers, such as 0800 Freephone numbers or 0844 Non Geographic Numbers or you can choose to block all calls coming in from Withheld numbers, or you can even specify a unique number to block calls from.

We even show you the numbers for the last 10 callers to your number so you can easily block a nuisance caller as soon as they ring.

Play Rejection message

Furthermore, you can specify to either play a message to the caller or to play a 'Dead Tone' to the caller. The message says "Sorry, calls to this number are currently restricted".

Prices

The Call Blocking Service comes in two packages; Call Blocking 20 and Call Blocking 50. These allow you to block calls from up to 10 different types of number ranges (including withheld numbers) and up to 20 or 50 specific numbers respectively.

Ordering

Call Blocking can be purchased through the Novero Platform. Simply log in with your details, select the number you wish to add Call Blocking for, select "Add Service" from the left hand menu and proceed with the transaction.

Call Blocking can be configured using our Novero Platform™ which all of our customers are given access to in order to manage their number 24 hours a day.
