The TTNC Call Queuing Service has been designed for Small to Medium sized businesses to help to ensure that Inbound Calls are not lost, due to the destination phone lines being busy.

You callers will hear a short Greeting Message and if all your destination phone lines are busy, we will start stacking the calls and play Music on Hold with an intermittent Apology Message. Once a destination phone line becomes available, the longest held Caller will be automatically connected.

Setting up Call Queuing

We will provide you with a PIN Code to access our Dial-In Recording service so you can record your Greeting and Apology Message, alternatively you can use our professional female Voice Artist to make the recordings.

Once we have received the recordings and confirmed the configuration, your Call Queuing Service will usually be Live on your Number within 1 business day.

Professional Voice Recording

Voice messages can be created in a recording studio by our professional Female Voice Artist for just 75 Pence per Word, with a minimum charge of £25.
