The TTNC Call Queuing Service has been designed for Small to Medium sized businesses to help to ensure that Inbound Calls are not lost, due to the destination phone lines being busy.

Your callers will hear either a ringing tone, or hold music if all your destination phone lines are busy. We will start stacking the calls and pass them through to you in a first in first out basis. We can play an intermittent Apology Message if you wish whilst your callers are in the queue. Once a destination phone line becomes available, the longest held Caller will be automatically connected.

Setting up Call Queuing

We will provide you with a PIN Code to access our Dial-In Recording service so you can record your Periodic Message, alternatively you can use our professional female Voice Artist to make the recordings.

Once we have received the recordings and confirmed the configuration, your Call Queuing Service will usually be Live on your Number within 1 business day.

Professional Voice Recording

TTNC provides a professional Voiceover Production service which can enhance your Call Service and make a great impression on your callers. All of our Voice Prompts are recorded in a professional Audio Production Studio by our Male and Female Voiceover artists. Prices start at just 85 Pence per Word, with a minimum charge of £35.
