How it works
Once Call Recording has been enabled on your number it works automatically;
- Someone dials your inbound TTNC number
- On connection, a message will play to the caller*
- The call is answered
- The call is recorded and then converted in to a sound file
- The sound file (mp3 file) is sent to your email address
- Sound files also available to download

Ordering
Call Recording can be activated on a number within 1 hour when ordered during 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
You must be using a TTNC number to use the Call Recording service. If you want to activate the service then just email Sales or Support and mention the number you want recording activated on and the email address for the sound files to be sent to.
