Hunt Group (Follow Me) Routing
Configure your Number to Route to up to 5 different Calls destinations including Mobile and International phone numbers, If the first destination Number is busy or unanswered, the Call will be diverted your next available number.
Route to All
Route Calls to Multiple phone numbers simultaneously so that all telephones Ring at the same time until the Call is answered. Groups of up to 10 phone numbers can be created or larger amounts if needed as a bespoke package.
Mid Call Transfer
Transfer an inbound call to any Extension, Landline or Mobile number, anywhere in the world. Just press ##3 and then the extension or phone number you want transfer a call to.
Time Based Routing
Route Calls to different phone numbers based on the Time of Day and Day of Week. Create up to 10 different Time Plans per day.
Round Robin Routing
Take alternate or sequential turns to Route Calls to different phone numbers within a Group. Groups of up to 10 phone numbers can be created or larger amounts if needed as a bespoke package.
Least Recently Called
Route Calls to the phone number within a Group that was least recently called. Groups of up to 10 phone numbers can be created or larger amounts if needed as a bespoke package.
Fewest Answered Calls
Route Calls to the phone number within a Group that has had the Fewest Answered Calls. Groups of up to 10 phone numbers can be created or larger amounts if needed as a bespoke package.
Random Call Routing
Route Calls randomly to the phone numbers within a Group of up to 10 phone numbers. Larger Groups can be created as a bespoke package.
Percentage Based Routing
Distribute Calls to Two or more phone numbers based on a Percentage Ratio; Send 75% of calls to an office with 300 operators, and 25% of call to an office with 100 operators.
Location Based Routing
Calls are Routed to a specific branch or department based on the Callers STD code, Callers can be instantly connected to their most local branch, or you can allocate certain STD Codes to a specific call centre or department.
