The solution to this problem is to use our Mid Call Transfer service; this will enable you to easily transfer your inbound calls to another telephone number or extension number, saving your caller the frustration of having to re-dial another number.

How does it work
Once the Mid Call Transfer service has been activated on your number, it is very simple to transfer a call;
Step 1. Once you have answered a call, just press the '**' key on your telephone keypad followed by the telephone or extension number you want the transfer the call to, the caller will be placed on hold.
Step 2. You will then be connected to the person you are transferring the call to so you can inform them about the nature of the call and the name of the caller.
Step 3. Transfer the call by putting your handset down, the caller will automatically be connected to the person you transferring the call to and free up your line.

Ordering
If you are an existing customer and want to order the Mid Call Transfer service, please login to the Novero Platform, click on the number you wish to add Mid Call Transfer service to, click on the "Add Service" link on the left hand side menu and select "Add Mid Call Transfer service".
If you are not yet a TTNC customer, you will need to order a number first, and then you will be able to add the Mid Call Transfer service to your number using our online control panel, the Novero Platform.
