Virtual Receptionist - IVR Solution

Callers will hear a short Greeting Message followed by up to 10 options; e.g. "Welcome to TTNC, one of the UK's Leading Network Operators. Please press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Support, press 3 for Accounts or press 4 to hear these options again."

Call Whisper - Audio Solution

Our Call Whisper service will play a Message to the Receiver of the Call before connecting it, informing them which Phone Number has been dialled or which Advert the Caller is responding to. The Caller only hears a short Voice Message or Music on Hold before being connected.

Call Queuing - Audio Solution

Your Callers will hear a short Greeting Message, if all your destination phone lines are busy, we will start to stack the calls and play Music on Hold with an intermittent Apology Message. Once a destination becomes available, the longest held Caller will be connected.

Call Greeting - Audio Solution

Play a short Voice Message to your Inbound Callers before the call is connected to you, such as a greeting or marketing message. The Messages can be changed at any time via our Dial-In Recording platform for Free.

Information Line - Audio and Call Recording Solution

The Information Line Service is used by businesses of all sizes that want to provide an automated Promotion or Information Telephone Line, and capture the Callers details by recording the Callers Voice Message.

Voice to Email Pro - Audio, Call Recording and Email Solution

If your Number is Busy or Unanswered, your Callers will hear a Recorded Voice Message and be asked to leave a message after the tone. The Caller's message will be recorded, and the Sound File will then be emailed to your chosen email address.

The 'Pro' version allows you to Record your own Voice Message by using our Dial-In Voice Recording platform and a PIN Code. The message can be Re-recorded and updated at any time for Free.

Dialled Number Presentation - Visual Solution

If your telephone has 'Caller ID', then we can present your Inbound Number (the Dialled Number) to your Caller ID display, instead of the Caller's Number. This means you have a quick and easy visual way to identify which Phone Number is being called, or which Advert is being responded to.

Our Fax to Email Service will enable you to receive Faxes from anywhere that you can access your Email account and then Save, Forward, Print or Delete Faxes as you would your Emails.

International Call Routing

You don't have to be in the UK to receive Inbound Calls on our Numbers; we can Route Calls any Landline or Mobile phone anywhere in the World, we also Route Calls to SIP or IAX Destinations for VoIP services for Free.

Many of our Non Geographic Numbers and Personal Numbers can be routed to International and Mobile Destinations Free of Charge.
