Virtual Receptionist - IVR Solution
Callers will hear a short message, for example; "Welcome to TTNC, press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Support, press 3 for Accounts", the caller presses a number on the telephone keypad and then the call is routed to a destination accordingly.
Destinations can be multiple numbers in a hunt group, voicemail or a main switchboard numbers and the system has the capacity to handle hundreds of concurrent calls.
Call Recording - Recording Solution
Record your calls for legal purposes, to help with customer service issues or to monitor the performance of employees. Call Recording is an affordable service which can be used by businesses of any size and from any business sector.
As soon as the call is connected the complete conversation will be recorded and then converted in to sound files (mp3's) which can be emailed or downloaded.
Call Queuing - Audio Solution
If a destination is busy then Callers will hear a short Greeting Message informing them that they are in a call queuing system. Music and an apology message will be played until a destination becomes available, then the longest held Caller will be connected.
Call Queuing can also work in conjunction with Time Based Routing, Voicemail or any other Call Service.
Call Whisper - Audio Call Identity
This Audio Solution allows the receiver of the call to hear a bespoke message before the call is connected. This means that it is easy to identify business or personal calls or identify which advert or directory a caller has responded to.
The Call Whisper message can be updated at anytime, free of charge, by using the TTNC Dial In recording platform.
Number Presentation - Call Identity (Visual)
This Visual Solution allows the receiver of the call to see the inbound number (the number that the caller has dialed) on their 'Caller ID' display. This helps to identify business and personal calls or identify which advert or directory a caller has responded to.
This solution is used by many types of businesses and is particularly popular with trades people and 'local' type businesses.
Missed Call Alert - Maximise opportunities
No business should miss their inbound calls, but sometimes it happens. Not only can you lose out on important business opportunities and revenue, you may also frustrate and lose existing and potential customers.
The TTNC Missed Call Alert Service will send you an email within 15 seconds of your inbound number missing a call.
Call Greeting - Call Identity (Audio)
Callers will hear a recorded Greeting, Marketing or Information message before being connected. The message can be updated at anytime free of charge and can include company news or any other type of information.
The Call Greeting service can be used in conjunction with any of our other Call Services such as time based routing or voicemail.
Information Line - Announce and Record
This service is used primarily for information lines and also for promotions, product or service announcements, product call backs, registrations, voting and many other purposes. Callers hear your message (up to 10 minutes long) and can then leave a voice message.
This service can handle hundred of concurrent calls and the 'Information Message' can be updated at any time, free of charge.
Voicemail to Email - Greet, Record and Email
If your Number is Busy or Unanswered, your Callers will hear a Greeting Message and be asked to leave a voice message. The caller's message will be recorded and converted to a Sound File which is emailed to you.
The Greeting Message can be updated or changed at any time, free of charge, by using the Dial-In Voice Recording platform.
Time Based Routing - Control your calls
You create time plans so that calls will be routed to certain destinations (can be single landline or mobile numbers or hunt groups and voice mail) according to the time of day/week/month or year.
Calls can be routed to a main number between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and then to a hunt group, mobile or voicemail outside of these hours.
Location Based Routing - Route to local office
You can create call routing plans based on your callers location, for instance, you can route calls originating from South East England to a London call centre and calls originating from Scotland could route to a Glasgow call centre.
There is virtually no limit to the amount of areas Location Based Routing can cover and this service can work in conjunction with any of our other Call Services.
Percentage Based Routing - Distribute calls
You can route calls to multiple destinations based on a Percentage Ratio. Some businesses may have one call centre with 300 lines and another call centre with 100 lines, in this instance calls could be split by 75% and 25%.
The percentage ratio can be set and changed at any time, free of charge, and the destinations can include hunt groups and voicemail.
Hunt Group Routing - Never miss a call
You can configure your number to route to up to 10 different destinations including hunt groups, ring to all groups, mobiles, Virtual Receptionist service or voice mail.
If the one destination Number is busy or unanswered, then Call will be automatically routed to your next available number.
Route To All - Never miss a call
You can route calls to multiple destinations at once so that all phone lines ring until the call is answered. Calls can be routed to up to 20 lines simultaneously (more on request) and destinations can be hunt groups, mobiles or voicemail.
This service can be used in conjunction with other call services such as Virtual Receptionist or Time Based Routing, etc.
Fax to Email Service - Inbound Fax service
How does it Work? Our System will automatically detect an incoming Fax to your Number, then converts the Fax to an Image (TIFF-format) and Emails the Image to your chosen Email address.
This means you are able to receive Faxes from anywhere that you can access your Email account and then Save, Forward, Print or Delete your Faxes as you would your Emails.

Call Statistics are Invaluable to many Businesses as they can Measure the Effectiveness of an Advertising or Marketing Campaign, Identify the Peak Times for Inbound Calls and Accurately Assess their Inbound Telecom requirements. By using The Novero Platform™ you will be able to View and Download Detailed Call Statistics and Reports for your Numbers.
VoIP Services
All of our Telephone Numbers can be used as Inbound VoIP Numbers, this allows Callers from any standard Landline or Mobile phone to contact you wherever you are.
International Call Routing
You don't have to be in the UK to receive Inbound Calls on our Numbers; we can Route Calls any Landline or Mobile phone anywhere in the World, we also Route Calls to SIP or IAX Destinations for VoIP services for Free.
Many of our Non Geographic Numbers and Personal Numbers can be routed to International and Mobile Destinations Free of Charge.
UK Ring Tone
Many businesses use Call Centres outside of the UK or have offices outside the UK. This means that if they are using a UK inbound number then the caller will hear a 'foreign' ring tone and not the normal UK Ring Tone, this can put callers off and may also sound unprofessional.
TTNC offers a simple solution to this problem; we can play a UK ring tone to the caller regardless of where your number is routed to. When someone calls your inbound number so do they do not hear a foreign ring tone, just the UK ring tone.
Alert Services
In order to stay in control of your business, you need to know what is happening at all time, wherever you are. With many of our services you can configure Alerts to be sent to you in the form of Emails or SMS Messages.
Call Blocking
This services is popular with customers who want to stop sales calls from interrupting their day-to-day telephone operation. Call Blocking allows you to block a specific amount of unique telephone numbers, as well as types of numbers, for instance; All 0800 numbers or All 070 numbers or even all Withheld numbers.
