Virtual Receptionist Services are used by business of all sizes to automate the Call Answering, Call Greeting and Call Routing (call divert) to a particular person, location or department.
Callers will hear a short Greeting Message followed by several different options; e.g. "Welcome to TTNC, one of the UK's Leading Network Operators. Please press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Support, press 3 for Accounts or press 4 to hear these options again." The Caller then presses 0 - 9 on their Telephone Keypad to make a selection and the Call will be routed to a particular person or department or another Voice Menu with further options.

Setting up IVR Virtual Receptionist
We will provide you with a PIN Code to access our Dial-In Recording service so you can record your Greeting Message and Menu for the options, alternatively you can use our professional female Voice Artist to make the recordings.
Once we have received the recordings and confirmed the configuration of your Menu, the Virtual Receptionist Service will usually be Live on your Number within 1 business day.

Professional Voice Recording
Voice messages can be created in a recording studio by our professional Female Voice Artist for just 75 Pence per Word, with a minimum charge of £25.
