Virtual Answering Machine
The Voice to Email Pro Service is a Virtual Answering Machine and has been designed for Small to Medium sized businesses to help minimise missed calls and lost opportunities.
If your Number is Busy or Unanswered, your Callers will hear a Recorded Voice Message and be asked to leave a message after the tone. The Caller's message will be recorded, and the Sound File will then be emailed to your chosen email address.
Personalise and Update Message at any time
The 'Pro' version allows you to Record your own Voice Message by using our Dial-In Voice Recording platform and a PIN Code. The message can be Re-recorded and updated at any time for Free.

Setting up the Voice to Email Pro Service
Once we have received your order and confirmed the details with you, we will activate the Service and provide you with a PIN Code and details of how to use our Dial-In Recording platform. Alternatively you can use our professional female Voice Artist to make the recording, prices depend on the length of your message but do not normally exceed £100.

Professional Voice Recording
Voice messages can be created in a recording studio by our professional Female Voice Artist for just 75 Pence per Word, with a minimum charge of £25.
