Voicemail and Voicemail to Email Service

Standard Voicemail

The Standard Voicemail service is available on all of our numbers free of charge and can be activated easily in the Novero Platform.

Once the Voicemail service has been activated, if your number is busy or unanswered your callers will hear a female voice saying "Sorry, we are unable to take your call at the moment, please leave a message after the tone"" the caller can then leave a voicemail which we will email to you.

Your voicemails can be sent to up to 3 separate email addresses which you can specify and change in the Novero Platform.

Voicemail Pro

The 'Voicemail Pro' version allows you to have your own bespoke Greeting message.

You can create your own message by using our Dial-In recording platform, or by uploading a sound file in the Novero Platform or by using one of our professional Voice Artists to create your greeting message. SMS Message Alerts

You can also set up an SMS Message Alert service to inform when you have received a Voicemail, this is very useful when you do not have access to the internet or your email account. Charges apply, please see the table below.

Price for SMS Messages

You can purchase a block of SMS Messages (see below) or have the cost for each SMS Message deducted from your Call Charge Balance at the rate of 15 pence per SMS message.
