Forgotten your password?

It happens from time to time. You go to log into your account and you cannot remember your password. Well luckily, we have a way to reset your password to help get you logged in.

Reset your password

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it using the steps below:

1. Visit the myTTNC login page by either clicking on the log in button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
2. Click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link.



3. Enter the email address associated with your account into the input box.



4. Click the 'Reset Password' button to have a temporary password sent to your email address.


5. Enter the password from the email into the password box on the login screen. The password is case sensitive, so it is recommended that you copy and paste it from the email.


6. Once you've logged in, you will be given the opportunity to enter a new password. This will be used whenever you login in the future (unless you change or reset it).

Changing your password

If you want to change your password, just follow the steps below.

1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
2. Click on the 'My Account' tab in the left hand menu.
3. Click on 'My Details'.



4. Under the Password section, click the 'Edit Details' button.



5. Enter your new password and then again to confirm it.


6. Click the 'Update' button to apply. From now on you will need to log in with the new password.
