Number nickname

If you have multiple numbers in your account, you can assign nicknames to help you easily distinguish between each number.

Applying a nickname to a number

Just follow the steps below to assign a nickname to a number:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'Phone Numbers' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on the 'Edit' button on the number you want to assign a nickname.

    4. Click edit number

  4. In the Number Nickname box, type the nickname you want to apply.

    5. Type in a new nickname

  5. The changes are made as you type them, so when you get back to the Phone Numbers Overview, the number will have it's new nickname.
