Automatic Top Up

Our Automatic Top Up service means you can save time and not have to worry so much about topping your account up manually.

Setting up Automatic Top Up

Just follow these steps on myTTNC to set up Automatic Top Up:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'My Account' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on 'My Payment Cards'.

    4. Click the 'My Payment Cards' link in the left hand menu
  4. Find the card you'd like the Automatic Top Up payments to come off. If you don't already have any cards set up, follow these instructions.

  5. To enable the service, simply tick the checkbox in the Auto Top Up column.

    6. Tick the checkbox in the 'Auto Top Up' column

Editing Automatic Top Up settings

Want to change how Automatic Top Up works? Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'My Account' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Select 'Advanced Options'.

    4. Select 'Advanced Options'

  4. Click on the 'Edit settings' button on the Automatic Top Up row.

    5. Click the 'Edit settings' button
  5. Select an amount of credit from the first drop down box. This determines when Automatic Top Up will take place (for example, if you set the credit amount to £5, Automatic Top Up will take place when your credit drops below £5).

    6. Select an amount to top up by
  6. Select a top up amount from the next drop down box. This will determine how much you will be topped up by.

    7. Select a top up amount
  7. To apply these settings, just click confirm. Next time your credit drops below the specified amount, you will automatically be topped up.
