Low balance alerts
To make sure you're completely up-to-date and informed about your number and account, we've set up a number of alert services for you.
Setting up alerts for Call Credit
Just follow these steps on myTTNC to set up Low Balance Alerts:
- Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
- Click on the 'My Account' tab in the left hand menu.
- Select 'Advanced Options'.
- Click the 'Edit settings' button in the Low credit balance alerts row.
- In the three alert boxes, enter how much credit you want to have left before you are alerted. By default these amounts are £15, £10 and £5.
- There are two ways to receive your Low Balance Alerts;
- Via email: this is free.
- Via SMS message to your mobile: please note this will incur a cost of an SMS message. This cost is 6p per SMS unless you buy credits in bulk.
- To add an email or mobile number, simply tick the relevant box and then type the destination into the destination field. You can add or remove destinations by clicking the plus and minus buttons next to the destination fields.
- To apply the settings, just click confirm. When your call credit runs below the specified amounts, we will send either an email or SMS alert.

Just follow these steps on myTTNC to set up Low Balance Alerts for your SMS credits:
- Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
- Click on the 'My Account' tab in the left hand menu.
- Select 'Advanced Options'.
- Click the 'Edit settings' button in the Low SMS balance alerts row.
- In the three alert boxes, enter how many credits you want to have left before you are alerted. By default these amounts are 15 credits, 10 credits and 5 credits.
- There are two ways to receive your Low Balance Alerts;
- Via email: this is free.
- Via SMS message to your mobile: please note these SMS alerts will incur a cost of an SMS message which will be deducted from your SMS balance.
- To add an email or mobile number, simply type it into the relevant destination field. You can add or remove destinations by clicking the plus and minus buttons next to the destination fields.
- To apply the settings, just click confirm. When your SMS credits runs below the specified amounts, we will send either an email or SMS alert.
