Register a mobile
You can send your message so that it appears to have come from your mobile number. You can register this in the set up so you can choose it more easily the next time you're sending messages.
Registering a mobile
To register a new mobile, you need to text a registration code to 64446. To find your registration code, follow the steps below:
- Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
- Click on the 'SMS Services' tab in the left hand menu.
- Select 'Registered Mobiles'.
- You can find your registration code in the 'Registering a new mobile' information box.
Want to display your company name rather than a number?
Alternatively you can also display your company name to indicate where your SMS message has come from. For example, your receivers could see "CompanyName" appear as the sender of the SMS message. There is a 11 character limit on the 'from' text. Please email support@ttnc.co.uk to request an SMS Name.
Please note: When sending from an 'SMS Name' the receivers cannot reply directly to the message. If you require your receivers to reply, please include a contact number in the message or use a TTNC Geographic Number as the 'SMS CLI number' or a Registered Mobile instead of the SMS Name.
