Add additional numbers

Adding additional numbers to your account can help you get the most out of your business. You could get local numbers to advertise in different areas or have an 0800 number for landline callers and a local number for mobile callers.

Finding your new number

You can add more numbers through the myTTNC store.

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'myTTNC Store' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on 'Add new phone numbers'.

    4. Click 'Add new phone numbers' from the left hand menu

  4. In the drop down box in the number search, either type the town name or area code or click the drop down arrow to view the full list of number types.

    5. Use the drop down to select a number range or area code

    Optional: After selecting a number range, you can enter any numbers you require into the 'Containing' input box. For example, if you want your number to have 247 in it, type '247' into the input box.

  5. When you've entered all the search criteria, click the 'Search' button. This will display all the relevant results. Clicking the tabs allows you to view numbers based on their memorability and price range. We also provide you with a suggested number, which is great if you're not too picky about what number you want. Just click the 'Choose this number' button alongside to buy it.

  6. Once you've found the number you want, just tick the box alongside it. You can select multiple numbers.

  7. To buy all the selected numbers, click the 'Add to basket' button.

    8. Click the 'Add to basket' button

  8. Proceed through the order process to add the new numbers to your account.

Setting up your new numbers
