Easily view inbound call statistics

We've done our best to make your call statistics look pretty stylish whilst still being useful. You can view your recent calls in a timeline, so you can quickly see all your statistics. It's extremely useful to be able to get an overview of your calls without having to trawl through page after page of data - our timeline provides you with just the overview you need.

Viewing your Timeline

To view your most recent calls in Timeline view, just follow the steps below:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'Call Statistics' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click 'Call Timeline'.

    4. Click the 'Call Timeline' link in the left hand menu
  4. Select a number from the drop down in the top right of the window.

    5. Select a number from the drop down

    This will load your latest calls in Timeline view. To view older calls, simply scroll the page downwards.
