Managing your upcoming renewals

Manage Renewals is where you can see and manage all upcoming renewals for both numbers and services.

Viewing renewals

Follow the steps below to view any upcoming renewals:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'My Account' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on 'Manage Renewals'.

    4. Click the 'Manage Renewals' link in the left hand menu

    All your upcoming renewals will be listed in a table view.

Cancelling renewals

If you want to stop an item from renewing, just follow these steps:

  1. Follow the steps above to view your upcoming renewals.
  2. Click on the delete icon alongside the item you want to cancel.

    3. Click the 'delete' icon alongside the item you wish to cancel

    A pop up box will appear detailing the renewal, as well as any associated services.


    A pop up will tell you what services will be affected
  3. Click the 'Stop Renewal' button to stop the item from renewing.
