Adding and managing your payment cards
You can store multiple payment cards on your account for any manual or automatic payments. Couple that with Automatic Top Up, you need never worry about billing again.
Adding a new card
To add a new payment card to your account, just follow the steps below:
- Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
- Click on the 'My Account' tab in the left hand menu.
- Click on 'My Payment Cards'.
- Click on the 'Add card' button and a pop up box will appear.
- Fill out the relevant information.
- You can also use the tick boxes to determine if this card is used for Automatic Top Up or if it's the default card (this is the first card to be used when taking automatic payments. There can only be one default card).
- Once you've filled out all the required fields, click the 'Add card' button.
Changing card settings
To change the settings of a card just follow these settings:
- Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
- Click on the 'My Account' tab in the left hand menu.
- Click on 'My Payment Cards'.
- You have the following options when editing a card:
- Default card: this will be the first card to be used when taking automatic payments. There can only be one default card.
- Auto Top Up: if you have Automatic Top Up enabled, this card will be used to top you up.
- Active: set whether the card is active or not (inactive cards will not be used for payment).
Deleting cards
If you no longer wish to use a card, or it is no longer valid, you can delete it from your account.
- Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
- Click on the 'My Account' tab in the left hand menu.
- Click on 'My Payment Cards'.
- Click the 'Delete cards' button at the top of the page.
- To delete a card, click the delete button on the right of that card.
- When you're finished, click the 'Done' button (this is where the 'Delete cards' button was).
