Adding VoIP Users

You can add VoIP Users through the store in myTTNC. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'myTTNC store' tab in the left hand menu.

  3. Click on 'myTTNC store
  4. Click on the 'Add Bolt On Services' tab in the left hand menu.

  5. Click on 'Add Bolt On Services
  6. Click 'Buy' on 'VoIP User Bolt On' from the list.

  7. Select 'VoIP User Bolt On' from the list
  8. Select the number you'd like to add the VoIP User to and click confirm.

  9. Select the number you're looking to use with the VoIP User
  10. Follow the steps to proceed to the basket and place the order.

  11. You will now be able to create your VoIP User configuration.

Creating your VoIP User configuration

You can create the configuration details for your VoIP Users in myTTNC. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'Phone Numbers' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on the 'Edit' button on the number you want to setup VoIP User.

  4. Click the 'Edit' button

  5. Navigate to VoIP Users on the number overview.

  6. Click 'VoIP Users' on the number overview
  7. Click on the 'Create New VoIP User' button.

  8. Click on the 'Create New VoIP User' button.
  9. Give the VoIP User a nickname (this is for personal reference when looking at multiple users).

  10. Give the VoIP User a nickname
  11. Choose a Failover Destination and create an Extension Number. The failover destination will be used in the event that you do not have an internet / data connection. The Extension number can be used to easily transfer calls and make free internal calls between you and other VoIP Users on the same number.

  12. Choose a Failover Destination and create an Extenstion Number
  13. Generate a username (between 8 and 20 characters, can't contain special characters) and password (between 14 and 32 characters, with 1 lower case letter, 1 upper case letter, 1 digit and 1 special character) for your VoIP User.

  15. Click 'Add VoIP User' and your VoIP User configuration details will be ready to use.

  16. Click 'Add VoIP User'

Editing a VoIP User

You can edit VoIP Users through myTTNC. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'Phone Numbers' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on the 'Edit' button on the number you want to edit a VoIP User.

  4. Click the 'Edit' button
  5. Navigate to VoIP Users on the number overview.

  6. Select 'VoIP User Bolt On' from the list
  7. Click 'Edit' on the VoIP User

  8. Click 'Edit' on the VoIP User
  9. Edit the configuration details required.
  10. If you've edited the Nickname, Failover Destination or Extension number, click 'Update details'.

    If you've edited the Username or Password, click 'Update credentials'.

Deleting a VoIP User

You can delete VoIP Users through myTTNC. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'Phone Numbers' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on the 'Edit' button on the number you want to delete a VoIP User from.

  4. Click the 'Edit' button
  5. Navigate to VoIP Users on the number overview.

  6. Select 'VoIP User Bolt On' from the list
  7. Click 'Edit' on the VoIP User.

  8. Click 'Edit' on the VoIP User
  9. Click 'Delete VoIP User'.

  10. Click 'Delete VoIP User

Forwarding numbers to a VoIP User

You can forward numbers to your VoIP User through myTTNC. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'Phone numbers' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on the 'Edit' button on the number you want to forward calls to your VoIP User.

  4. Click the 'Edit' button
  5. Click 'Call Forwarding'.

  6. Click 'Call Forwarding'
  7. Click on the drop down menu on the Destination field.

  8. Click on the drop down menu
  9. Select your VoIP User from the list.

  10. Select your VoIP User
  11. Click 'Confirm'.

  12. Click 'Confirm'
