Reset a number

If you have a complicated setup (or even a non-complicated setup) on a number that you no longer want, you can quickly remove all the settings - allowing you to set the number up from fresh.

Resetting a number

Follow the steps below to clear all settings from your number:

  1. Log in by either clicking on the login button in the header or by going to www.myttnc.co.uk
  2. Click on the 'Phone Numbers' tab in the left hand menu.
  3. Click on the 'Edit' button on the number you want to suspend.

    4. Click the 'Edit' button

  4. Change the ON/OFF switch so it is set to 'OFF'.

    5. Turn the switch to 'OFF'

  5. Click the 'Reset Number' button that appears below.

    6. Click the 'Reset Number' button

  6. In the popup that appears, Click the 'Reset Number' button to confirm.

    7. Confirm that you want to reset the number

Please note: When you reset a number, it will stop working immediately. All your previous settings will be lost and you will have to set up the number from scratch.
