Set up national customer service lines using 0871 Numbers

Revenue Sharing 0871 Numbers from £10 a year

You often see fixed rate 0871 Numbers being used by businesses or organisations for their customer service and information hotlines, sometimes even sales lines. They're also often used for competition lines on the TV.

  • Calls to our range of 0871 Numbers are charged at a fixed rate of 10p/min
  • You could get up to 75% of the inbound rate passed on to you with our Call Revenue Sharing rates.

0871 Numbers are Premium Rate Numbers

087 numbers are classified as Premium Rate Numbers. This means that they come under the control and regulations of PhonepayPlus. Here's a few key points as to what this means:

  • Although, unlike 09 Numbers, it isn't currently necessary for users of 087 numbers to register with PhonepayPlus, it is still possible to face reprimands and substantial fines for misusing these numbers.
  • It's recommended that anyone considering using an 0871 number should consult the PhonepayPlus Code of Practice to confirm that the service they plan to operate is compliant.
  • Compliance is particularly focussed on pricing transparency and customer care arrangements.

Excellent rates of Call Revenue outpayments

Provided the service you run is compliant with PhonepayPlus, when a call is made to an 0871 number, most of the money the outbound operator collects is passed on to us. We can then pass it onto you. That's Call Revenue Sharing in a nutshell.

If you're forwarding your 0871 number to a UK landline number (starting 01 or 02), SIP or IAX destinations or an IVR application, we can pay you Call Revenue for those calls. The rates are shown below; these outline how much you would get back per minute, based on the total volume of inbound minutes per month.
