Hardware Returns Policy

All our hardware brands and products have been hand-picked for their quality and reliability, allowing you to get the most from your VoIP Users and SIP Trunks. We do, however, understand that people can change their mind or things can go wrong.

I've changed my mind

If you decide that you don't want to keep the product bought from us, you have up to 14 days from receipt of the item to return the product to us (in its original condition), and we will process a refund, no fuss and no quibbles.

My Item is faulty

All our hardware comes with a minimum of one year warranty from the date of purchase. Most reported faults can be resolved by our Technical Support Team without having to return the item. However, should the product have a more serious issue we'll talk you through the returns process.

How do I return an Item?

  1. Ensure you have read and understood our returns policy.
  2. Complete our returns form at the bottom of this page.
  3. A member of our Support Team will contact you to discuss your request and if necessary, attempt to fix the fault.
  4. If the item needs to be returned, we will provide you with a reference number and the returns shipping address.
  5. Once the product has been received:
    1. If faulty, the product will be tested to confirm the defect.
    2. If unwanted, the condition of the product will be checked.
  6. Once checks are complete, a replacement or refund will be sent.

TTNC class an item as "brand new" when it's returned with all items included with the original sale. Original product packaging must be in a suitable condition - no writing or stickers on the manufacturers’ box and packed securely inside an outer box.

  • Where TTNC arranges collection of goods, it is still the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are securely packaged and with the address provided clearly labelled on the outside of the outer box.

  • Returned products must be adequately wrapped to prevent damage during transit with the RMA number and customer details clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  • TTNC does not accept liability for packages damaged during transit and proof of postage is not proof of delivery. All goods returned remain your responsibility until signed for by ourselves. You are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of return carriage is to be borne by the customer unless the item was faulty upon delivery.

  • On receipt of a faulty item, the product will be tested against the reported fault. Tested products found to be in full working order will be returned to the customer. TTNC reserve the right to charge 50% of the equipment cost for testing and handling.

  • An item's warranty period starts on the date of despatch.

  • For products beyond the manufacturer's warranty period, TTNC may accept faulty units for repair but the full cost of repairs, handling and postage is to be the customers' responsibility.

  • This warranty does not apply to any unit that has been subject to neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, incorrect connection or that has been subject to repair or alteration not authorised or undertaken by TTNC personnel.

  • We are unable to accept returns of headsets for hygiene reasons unless they're faulty.

  • Any refund or replacement is entirely at the discretion of TTNC Ltd.
