Secondly, it opens up the possibility of forwarding to more destinations and making them ring at the same time, and with Virtual Receptionist, allow you to develop a custom, professional, interactive answering service.

Notifications of missed calls and your actual voicemail can be delivered to whatever email address you decide (you can send them to 3 different ones if you want). These will work with you to improve your efficiency and your customer service levels.

Ordering and adding Enhanced to your account

Any of the Packages can be ordered directly from our website when you go to the checkout with your numbers. If you already have a number with us, you can request to add any of our Packages to your account by emailing us at sales@ttnc.co.uk.
