If you're using one phone for both personal and business use then this Package gives you the tools to help. With Call Whisper and Dialled Number Presentation you can get information about the caller before you answer. This means you'll know if it's a business call and answer it the right way.
These services can also provide you with a quick indication of how your marketing is going. If you've got a specific number attached to a specific offer or advert, again these services can let you know, as you're taking calls, how effective that offer or advert is being.
With Missed Call Alert included you can improve your response time when you miss your customers calls. Whatever phone or handset you use, if you miss a call we'll email you. This will tell you why it was missed, when it was missed and if the information is available, who it was that called.
We've also added to this Package some intelligent forwarding tools so you can increase your answering options and hopefully increase the number of calls you can get to.
