Every account comes with a standard voicemail to email service that has a generic greeting message, but if you want your own custom greeting message then Voicemail Pro will let you do that.
You can update your custom greeting message whenever you want to by using myTTNC (our online control panel) or by using our Dial-In system.
There are two ways you can set up Voicemail Pro, depending on when you want it to kick in.
As with a traditional voicemail service, Voicemail Pro can pick up any calls that you miss. To get set up all you need to do is select a voicemail greeting and then let us know where you'd like to receive your emails.
You can choose what format we should use when emailing voicemail messages. You can also receive SMS alerts (charged at 12p per text).
Want all your calls to go straight through to voicemail? Use the Call Forwarding page in myTTNC to divert all calls direct to voicemail. The rest of the set up is exactly the same as normal voicemail.

If you wanted you can also have us send you a text to let you know you've got a Voicemail message. Then as soon as you can, you can log into your emails and get your message.
Texts cost 12p per message and you can either have that cost deducted from the call credit on your account, or set up a separate SMS Credit balance (and reduce the cost per text). Find out more about Email and SMS alerts and how else they can help you manage your account.
The standard Voicemail service we provide doesn't allow you to record your own custom voicemail greeting - Voicemail Pro does.
This makes you sound more professional and can also be used to help strengthen your brand image.
There are a couple of different ways to record your own voicemail greeting. You can either upload a recording in myTTNC or use our dial in service to record it over the phone.

We can send any voicemails you receive to up to 10 different email addresses.
Voicemail messages are charged based on the duration of the voicemail message (to the second). The charge is worked out using the same rate as forwarding to a UK landline, which will vary depending on your tariff and number type.
Any of the Bolt Ons can be added to a number individually from the website when you go to the checkout.
