Customise your Voicemail service

Every account comes with a standard voicemail to email service that has a generic greeting message, but if you want your own custom greeting message then Voicemail Pro will let you do that.

You can update your custom greeting message whenever you want to by using myTTNC (our online control panel) or by using our Dial-In system.

How does it work?

It's one of those days where you just can't get to every call.
Your custom greeting plays to introduce your voicemail. Because it's custom you can tailor it to manage your customers in the way that only you would.
We then email your message to you (and 2 other people if you wanted) for you to follow up. You can even pick up your Voicemail through our Dial In Management.

Creating your Voicemail greeting

You can change your Voicemail greeting as often as you like. Here's how:

You can make your own recording and upload it to myTTNC.
Use our Dial-In recording system. You can access the same system through our Dial In Management if you need to change it in a hurry while you're out and about.
We've got a number of professional voiceover artists who can create the message for you. For more information and to hear samples of our voiceover artists go to our Professional Voice Recording page. Prices start from £35+VAT.

Knowing you've got the message - SMS Alerts

If you wanted you can also have us send you a text to let you know you've got a Voicemail message. Then as soon as you can, you can log into your emails and get your message.

Texts cost 12p per message and you can either have that cost deducted from your call credit on your account, or set up a separate SMS Alert Balance. Find out more about Email and SMS Alerts and how else they can help you manage your account.

Ordering and adding Voicemail Pro to your number

Any of the Bolt Ons can be added to a number individually from the website when you go to the checkout. If you already have a number with us, you can add any of our services to it at any time by logging into your account in myTTNC.
